Renter shall pay a deposit of $35.00 or provide landlord with a valid credit card number to ensure faithful performance by renter(s) of all terms and conditions of your agreement. There is also a $15.00 one time administration rental fee for set up of account and agreement will be charged.
CO Budget Storage Return Policy is as follows: CO Budget Storage will issue a full refund on any and all store items that are not damaged. CO Budget Storage will not issue any refund on unit rentals.
